In trickling Brooks a Saga of the Himalayas

Somewhere in the Himalaya’s tall deodars, rarified air, rioting Rhododendrons, flows the brook. Trickles originating from infinity, flow through sleepy hamlets, cities, meandering across complex matrix of human life. Pure waters form in Shangri-La, take with them all human tales, when they gush into the great Seas. Like they say “Each thing is of like form from everlasting and comes round against in its cycle”.

Maybe True love and truth be squashed in this culvert, maybe this enchanting story opens us to an alternate happening.

For years a self-confessed con artist and a charlatan has been propagating in India violence among hate-politicians and immature adolescents. He calls himself master of comparative religion, as if religion is book not faith, acquired after meditation. He talks of India's destruction, because India does not talk back. He has acquired the wisdom to destroy his home, which would be eventually destroyed since it is only a part of India. He does not know, humanity hails India as the mind of the spiritual wisdom of the globe. Lacking philosophic discipline, Hitler had propagated Nietzsche, in like fashion, and has darkened the life of his followers. ‪#‎common‬ man ‪#‎politician‬ # religious scholar # woman ‪#‎man‬ ‪#‎lover‬ of humanity ‪#‎philosopher‬ # poet.

Ancient Indian education was education of four intellects

Early childhood is the most formative period of the human personality. By the age of five the brain develops fully. In later years, if the child uses it rationally and compassionately, the heart becomes a source of causeless joy. Since the brain attains full growth by the age of five it can be assumed that emotions, sensations, will, imagination too grow with the brain. Other parts of personality –temper attitude, preferences also grow with the brain.  A play School is useful, because it helps the child’s inherent powers develop their positive aspect.

In short, the first five years are crucial to the development of the child into a successful and good person. We must believe children are angels who come from God wrapped in innocence. The personality of a child is fundamentally divine. You can test it. If you shout at or beat someone the child cries. Children tell truth as they know it. The teachers here get familiar with every child’s nature so that they may believe every child’s perception of situations, in spite of variance in narration. It would be abuse of power in teachers and parents if they cast children in some mould. We must be COMMITTED to retain the originality of every child.

We must realize that Mother Nature is God as female, She creates and gives the best of herself to every child. Nature had sent the child with the nature of an angel, and whatever distance he has attained from the angels, his cousins, is due to the intervention of people. Admonishing children inhibits expression of what wrong their nature has received from this world. We do not lay pressure on them to hide the wrong. The right way is to revive their innocence, by treating them as innocent beings. Thus they forget the wrong.

Children do not come bare from God. They are trailing clouds of glory.
  Pragya intelligence is in children.
Pragya is an integration of matter & atman.
Children get identified with birds, animals and humans.
• We must educate the senses of the children when they are not after sensuous pleasures
• In later years, when they run after sensual pleasures they do not forget the oneness of man and woman, mutual good wishes and cooperation.

Lets respect what the child says. Lets not hurry up to correct her speech. Lets listen to what she says. Let our teachers learn from the child her natural language. Teaching should begin anytime after her fifth year.  Education before fifth year is to help her feel confident with whatever God has made the child. So if you find your child is innocent at five we had to educate ourselves much to keep him such.
Child receives her education on the divine sheet called Pragya with which she is born. Look at a three-month old child carefully lying in the cradle as you kneel on her. She wants to catch your hair, your nose pin or anything that catches her fancy, but finds it difficult. Only the hair gets easily caught for they are too many. Why is it that the child finds it hard to catch your nose or your cheek? He does not have discursive intellect that identifies the objects separate from each other. She does not see two with you holding her in your lap. She sees life without outlines. This is what the true saint sees the world as a living whole due to love.

There are four forms of intelligence – Pragya is the first. It comes with the child. It makes her see life as a whole, not as I, you etc.  Dhi is the intelligence that differentiates between I and you, mine and yours, and between the objects of the world. Nature starts developing it after a few months, when the baby starts recognizing his mother father and brother. Civilization depends on dhi. It is widely developed because it is what gets people jobs. All the courses like medicine, engineering, business, need dhi. They train students in some disciplines that help them earn money. Dhi is the intelligence that has made all technological progress. Dhi depends on the use of the senses, the scientific instruments and the intellect. If intelligence is knife, intellect is the sharp edge of this knife. Too much dependence on intellect injures the brain. Schizophrenia and several civilized diseases are the result of too much use of the intellect. It makes us feel smart but lonely. In common matters of daily life intellect kills positive emotions. It disturbs our commonsense, too.

• There are four intelligence inherent in every child (a) Pragya that I have discussed.

• Dhi is discursive intelligence which differentiates one object from another, one person from the other. It is what Ishavasyamidam teaches. Enjoy the things of the world, keeping the atman detached.

• Medha teaches children the sciences to make them useful and progressive members of the Society. At the same time we will bring in spiritual knowledge as dawn breaks the darkness of the night.

Ritambhara is practicing in every action oneness of life, matter and atman, the knowledge acquired in Pragyavataran. Pragya is God and Pragya is knowledge of Matter and Atman.

When the child starts getting harmed by excess of dhi (intellect), Nature awakens his medha intelligence, which tells that this world is half of creation. There is another side of the coin too. It is the spiritual side of your mind. Medha intelligence invokes curiosity in the belief that apart from empirical life we have a spiritual life too. If we do not satisfy medha intelligence, we may lose the balance of our mind.

When we start probing the spiritual, again pragya gets awakened. This is the same intelligence with which Mother Nature sends every child. This time it helps us to integrate material and spiritual knowledge in a way that neither disturbs the other.

We see in modern times famous empirical scientists getting interested in something that is beyond the empirical science. It is the spiritual side of the mind, which every human is expected to develop. You already are aware that the empiricist scientists are saying that the material truth may not help in finding the Final Theory that would solve the riddle of the universe. They believe that the principle of beauty is the missing link that would help them discover the Final Theory. It would unlock the remaining mystery of creation. The minds of scientists like Einstein, Bodhayan, Meghatithi were unique, because they were born with minds in which the material and the spiritual were integrated. After this integration, the fourth intelligence wakes up in the mind which is called Ritambhara. It teaches the application of the integrated material intelligence and spiritual knowledge to daily life.
